DRAFT — have a lawyer review before launch.
OptProof is software, not a law firm, and nothing it shows is legal advice. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
OptProof enforces the settings you choose, where the CRM lets an app act, and records what happened. It cannot stop every send: texts typed by a person, calls, and workflow texts without a Rule Check step are only logged and flagged after they go out. See what it can and can't do.
The rule packs are built from public sources and are labelled with their source and review status. Until your own attorney reviews them, treat them as starting points.
Do-not-call, litigator and reassigned-number results come from the scrubber you connect. OptProof does not check them and can't promise they're complete or current.
You decide whether a message is marketing or informational, whether a consent record is enough, and how to handle an opt-out. Talk to your attorney about your situation.
